Work to Compete Pavement Restoration Begins This Week on Kinsman Rd.
February 26, 2024 -- The Willamette Water Supply Program (WWSP) is in the midst of completing multiple pipeline installation projects that are temporarily re-routing Wilsonville traffic along segments of 95th Ave. and Kinsman Rd.

This Friday, March 1, crews begin the work to restore Kinsman Rd., between SW Wilsonville Road and SW Barber Street.
On Friday, the southbound lane of SW Kinsman Road will close from SW Barber Street to just north of the TVFR Fire Station. Southbound traffic is being detoured to Boones Ferry Rd.
Work to restore Kinsman Rd. includes:
- Completion of pipeline appurtenances and accessories
- Removal of the temporary pavement
- Installation and curing of concrete paving panels
- Traffic lane striping
This work is scheduled to be completed by the end of June. Work is planned in stages, with temporary traffic controls changing as progress is made to maintain safety and limit disruptions to businesses and the traveling public.
95th Ave.
Last week, as previously announced, crews began working on 95th Ave. between between Hillman Ct. and Boeckman Rd. to install a new segment of pipeline. Northbound traffic is being detoured to Boones Ferry Rd. through August.
Two-way traffic on 95th Ave. is now permitted north of Hillman Ct., following temporary repaving. Final restoration work and repaving are scheduled to take place this summer.
This schedule could change if crews incur weather delays.
