Brown Road Improvements Project

The Project consists of furnishing all materials, labor, equipment, and supervision for approximately 1900 feet of 24 to 50 foot width asphalt concrete street, including approximately 2500 feet of storm pipe, 120 feet of potable water pipe, 2190 feet of joint utility trench, and associated conduits, manholes, catch basins, vaults, and cleanouts, along with storm water quality facilities, installation of curb, gutter, shared-use path, streetlights, signage, striping, landscaping and performance of such additional and incidental work as called for by the Specifications and Contract Documents.

The estimated Project cost range is $6,000,000 – $6,300,000.
