Garden Acres Road & PLM_1.2 Water Transmission Line (Day Road - Ridder Road)

This project consists of furnishing all materials, labor, equipment, and supervision for construction of 2875 feet of 32-36 foot width Portland cement concrete street improvements, including approximately 5400 feet of storm pipe, 2100 feet of sewer pipe, 600 feet of potable water pipe, 3400 feet of joint utility trench conduit, and associated manholes, catch basins, vaults, and cleanouts, along with storm water quality facilities, installation of curb, gutter, protected concrete bike lane, sidewalk, streetlights, signage, striping, and landscaping identified as Garden Acres Roadway Work (Schedule A) and construction of approximately 3080 feet of 66” welded steel raw water transmission pipe, along with blowoffs, air valves, manways, and corrosion protection appurtenances identified as PLM_1.2 Water Transmission Line (Schedule B) and performance of such additional and incidental work as called for by the Specifications and Contract Documents.

The estimated Project cost range is $10.5 Million to $12.0 Million.
