Wilsonville residents and business operators are invited to attend a Dec. 2 public open house to be held in advance of a Dec. 15, 2025, public hearing at which the Wilsonville City Council is considering adoption of increased sewer and stormwater utility fees.
This 7 pm open house will be held at Wilsonville City Hall, 29799 SW Town Center. Loop E. This event follows an identical presentation held at 4 pm in order that the City can accommodate more community members.
Each session is to begin with a presentation detailing the results of the recent Sewer and Stormwater Rate Review, which recommended adjusting the fee structure for residents, businesses, and developers to fund about $240 million in new capital projects over the next 20 years. Attendees will have the opportunity ask questions of the project team after the presentation.
The proposed fee adjustment for residents and businesses has been informed by work sessions with the City Council on April 21 and Nov. 3. If adopted, the new rate schedule would significantly increase year-over-year fees for a four-year period between 2026 and 2029, with an inflationary adjustment built into subsequent years.
