PW Construction Standards Section 3

stormwater facility under construction

Section 3 of the city’s 2015 Public Works Standards outlines design and construction requirements for stormwater and surface water management. The provisions and technical specifications set forth the requirements of the City of Wilsonville for constructing stormwater and surface water improvements. Interpretations of such provisions and their application in specific circumstances shall be made by the City’s authorized representative, unless specifically stated otherwise. Please refer to Section 1 of the “Public Works Standards” for general provisions and requirements.

Design guidelines established in Section 3 are consistent with the City of Wilsonville’s Stormwater Master Plan. These provisions are intended to prevent or reduce adverse impacts to the drainage system and water resources of the Willamette River Basin. In combination with other federal, state, and local laws and ordinances, these requirements are intended to protect the beneficial uses of waters in the Willamette River Basin and inside the Wilsonville city limits.
