SMART is seeking a firm well versed in program assessment to provide an evaluation of the Transportation Options (TO) Program for the City of Wilsonville. This assessment will:
- Provide a baseline overview of the existing TO Program, highlight current challenges, and detail opportunities for growth and improvement;
- Conduct a TO Community Assessment to elicit program feedback/suggestions from residents, employers, and employees;
- Create an action plan from which the program can quantify results moving forward; and
- Conduct an end of TO Program project evaluation.
