Clackamas County Housing Authority
- Given that mold is a maintenance issue, the city does not have code to regulate mold in housing.
- This falls to the county and the state housing authority.
- This is a tenant/landlord dispute, a lease agreement will often dictate the responsibility from both the tenant and landlord.
