Manage Multiple Accounts

You must be Registered Online to manage Multiple Accounts

Linking accounts 

This allows you to manage multiple accounts with one online profile

  • Log into your account www.invoicecloud.com/wilsonvilleor 
  • At the top of the screen, select "My Profile"
  • From the drop down menu, select "Manage Accounts"
    • Matching Email Addresses
      • A list of accounts will appear with the same email address 
      • Click, "Add Account" for each account you would like to access 
    • Individual Account Add
      • Select "Add Account" (green box) 
      • From the pop-up box, select "Utility"
      • In the "Customer Name" box, type in the first 3 characters of your name as it appears on the bill
      • In the "Customer Number" box, type the 13 digit number located on your bill (no space or dashes)
      • Select "Search Accounts" and click on "Add to my Profile" (green box) 

individual preferences

  • Each account will have their own preferences for Autopay and Paperless enrollment 
  • From the dashboard select the box for "Autopay" and/or "Paperless" and follow the setup prompts 

 

un-linking accounts

  • Log into your account www.invoicecloud.com/wilsonvilleor 
  • At the top of the screen, select "My Profile"
  • From the drop down menu, select "Manage Accounts"
  • A list of connected accounts will appear
  • Click the "+" sign next to the account you would like to remove
  • Under "Account Settings", select "Remove this account from my Profile"
