Vuela Grand Opening

Celebrate the grand opening of Vuela, Wilsonville's newly-built transit-oriented development. Vuela includes 121 new housing units, most of which are reserved for individuals/families earning 30-80% Area Median Income (AMI), with some units reserved for households earning 0-30% AMI.

Vuela is located directly adjacent to Wilsonville's main transit hub and the terminus of the WES rail line. The building features a new welcome center for SMART transit riders, Cerverceria Norte (a taproom and food hall), and a permanent home for Wilsonville Community Sharing, Wilsonville's food bank and social services provider. Supportive services are provided to residents through Metro Supportive Housing Services (SHS) funding.

The program features a ribbon-cutting and remarks from Mayor Shawn O'Neil and other elected officials.
