When using the chair, it focuses on resistance training and cardio to give you a total body workout without being on your feet. Bridge Group: Party Bridge is a trick-taking card game using a standard 52-card deck. It is played by four players in two competing partnerships, with partners sitting opposite each other around a table. Come join this fun game and meet some new friends, all levels of skill are welcome. |

9:00am - 11:45am | Quilters: The Wilsonville Piecemakers is a club within Wilsonville Community Seniors, Inc. who gather once a week and produce quilts, pillows, and other items. They give these comforting items to various organizations such as hospitals, medical facilities, and Housecall Providers. 9:30am - 11:30am | Ukulele Jam Group: All skill levels are welcome! Beginners will learn basic technique; advanced players will take us to new musical horizons. All will have fun and enjoy the classic musical approach: the song circle. Pass or play a song of your choice when it’s your turn. If you have the Ukulele 365, the PUA books or anything else, please bring them. We’re all a work in progress, so all levels are encouraged. If you’re brand new to the Uke, we’ll take some time assessing the overall level and make sure we all get what we came for without being overwhelmed or under-nourished. | Drop-In (at the Parks & Rec Admin Office) |

Bridge Partners: Duplicate Bridge is played on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of every month. The same bridge deal is played at each table and scoring is based on relative performance. In this way, every hand is played in competition with others playing identical cards, and the element of skill is heightened while that of chance is reduced. Come join this fun game and meet some new friends, all levels of skill are welcome. |

Participants will experience the popular Beat Saber game allowing class members to enjoy a workout as easy or as challenging as they can handle. The group increases skills through instructional videos by professionals and willingly helps those interested in learning photography. On Thursday afternoons, the ladies will get together and knit, crochet, needlepoint, or work on individual chosen projects while enjoying each other’s company.
