Focus, Attention, Anxiety & Stress Relief Session II

This weekly feel-good class is designed for stressed professionals (but open to all) who are suffering from stress and anxiety and want effective, science-backed methods to relieve anxiety, recognize its sources, and effectively manage it for life. Participants will also build attention and focus skills that can improve work performance and relationships. For one class, a pillow and yoga mat or blanket will be required.
