Prenatal and Postpartum Yoga: Session I

Calling all mothers! Join us in a circle of community with a Prenatal/Postpartum Yoga class. We will focus on strengthening your body through the duration of pregnancy, building endurance to prepare for childbirth, learning to relax in times of tension and fatigue. You will be met where are you, in any stage of pregnancy, and be guided through a thoughtful class that will help prepare you for labor and motherhood. Moving through tangible yoga with intention breathing, reconnect to your core and pelvic floor, begin to build strength back in your body, and relieve common discomforts of constant baby holding and feeding! mixed with relaxing and restorative postures.
