Small Group Training

The outdoor training sessions will focus on body-weight, resistance band, and ground exercises with a commitment on correct breathing and posture. If you want to improve your strength, mobility, and cardiovascular fitness in a park setting, this is for you.

Training groups will be limited to 4 participants

  • Social distancing will be in effect and you will be using equipment at your own station, but still with the same fun team spirit!
  • No equipment will be shared during the session and all equipment will be cleaned after.
  • You will need to have a mask to enter the shelter, but can be removed once training has started.
  • Please bring a mat.
