Sit, Stand, and Be Fit

The Sit, Stand and Be Fit class is designed for older adults and anyone needing slow gentle movements. It focuses on resistance training and cardio to give you a total body workout. It focuses on improving core strength, flexibility, balance, coordination, circulation and reaction time. A variety of light-hearted music combined with fun rehabilitative movements make this a good middle-of-the-road full body workout. The class is sure to lift your spirits and put a smile on your face!
