Schedule a Ride

Dial-a-Ride is a SMART service providing door-to-door transportation for Wilsonville residents who are unable to use the fixed route service. Priority is given to Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) eligible customers.

Please call 503-682-7790 to request an application be mailed to your residence or download an application. Once an application is received the customer is eligible until application is processed and eligibility is determined.

Dial-a-Ride trips can be scheduled with a SMART customer service representative, Monday through Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, or anytime by filling out the form below.
