Library Card PIN

Your PIN number is the last four digits of your phone number. So, if your telephone number is 123-4567, your PIN is 4567. This number verifies your identity when accessing the catalog remotely.

To change your PIN online :

  1. Log in from lincc.org
  2. Select "Forgot my PIN" link from the pop-up window. 
  3. Enter your library card number.
  4. Open the email from the library and click on the link to reset your PIN.
  5. Enter the new PIN and click "Update." please call us at 503-682-2744 or come in to the library. We'll verify your identity and make your PIN any 4 digit number you choose. 

*You must have a valid email address on file to be able to change your PIN.

If you have changed your telephone number since you received your library card, your PIN may still be the last four digits of the old phone number. Please provide us with your new phone number so we can update your patron information.
