Sealed bids for furnishing all materials, labor, and equipment for the construction of the SMART Yard Expansion for the City of Wilsonville (“Project”) will be accepted at the City of Wilsonville, City Hall, 29799 SW Town Center Loop East, Wilsonville, Oregon 97070, by mail or hand delivery, until July 11, 2024 at 2:00 p.m., Local Time

SCOPE OF WORK: (“Work”) for the Project consists of furnishing all materials, labor, equipment, and supervision for construction of a single story 1,800 square foot CMU bus wash building, additional paving for the bus fleet yard and electrical infrastructure for electric fleet charging systems, and performance of such additional and incidental work as called for by the Specifications and Contract Documents. The project will take place at SMART’s existing facility and daily operations will continue throughout construction.

The estimated Project cost range is $4 to 4.5 million.

Specifications and Contract Documents are available on June 17, 2024, after 9:00 a.m., at the City of Wilsonville, 29799 SW Town Center Loop East, Wilsonville, Oregon 97070. Copies of the Project Specifications and Contract Documents may be purchased for $35.00 each from the City of Wilsonville. Bidders may also download them at www.questcdn.com and input QuestCDN #9155218. A non-mandatory pre-bid meeting for prospective Bidders will be held at the site, SMART Operations, 28879 Boberg Rd, Wilsonville, OR, 97070, beginning at 2:00pm local time on 7/2/2024.
