FROG POND EAST INFRASTRUCTURE FEE
The Wilsonville City Council will be considering adoption of a Frog Pond East Infrastructure Fee to fund key infrastructure projects needed to support development within the Frog Pond East area. A public hearing is tentatively scheduled for 7:00 pm on Monday, November 2, 2026, where interested community members can provide public comment on the proposed Frog Pond East Infrastructure Fee. Prior to the public hearing, the City will be holding a stakeholder meeting to provide an overview, answer questions, and obtain feedback on the proposed Frog Pond East Infrastructure Fee methodology from interested community members, developers, and engineering firms. The stakeholder meeting is tentatively scheduled for Thursday, October 8, 2026, 11 am - 1 pm, at Wilsonville City Hall.

Wilsonville City Council adopted the Master Plan as Ordinance No. 870 on December 19, 2022.
What is the Frog Pond East and South Master Plan?
The Frog Pond East and South Master Plan sets the stage for Wilsonville’s next great neighborhoods.
Master Planning identifies the types and locations of the homes, parks, open spaces, streets, trails and neighborhood amenities to be built over the next 10-20 years. The extensive process also identifies water, sewer, stormwater, and transportation infrastructure needs and funding sources.
This long-term plan is informed by analysis of area housing trends and existing inventory in order to ensure the development of residences that meet the community’s future needs and provide home-buying opportunities for a broad cross-section of people who wish to live in Wilsonville.
